Every business is a little different, but I like to keep the structure simple so you know what to expect. Once I know how many people you have and what you’d like photographed, I’ll send through a tailored quote.
Session Base Fee – from $300
Your base fee covers:
- Pre-session planning
- On-site setup
- Professional lighting (if needed)
- Photography time (3 hrs) - workspace, team photo etc
- Editing on all selected images
- Online gallery for viewing and selecting your favourites
Headshot Pricing
- 1–3 people: from $80 per person
- 4–10 people: from $70 per person
- 10+ people: custom team rate available $60each
This keeps pricing fair for small teams and scalable for larger groups.
Optional Add-Ons
- Extra retouched images – from $25 each
- Full gallery upgrade (all final images delivered) – from $200

PRICING OVERVIEW - Option 2
This is the ultimate experience.
A full day dedicated to telling your brand’s story — your team, your space, your products, your process, your energy and your personality — all captured with intention so every image pulls your dream clients closer.
We’ll cover all the preparation, planning and location scouting together to make sure this session reflects your brand perfectly and attracts the people you want to work with.
You’ll receive 50 fully edited images, a brand strategy session, and six months’ worth of content ready to roll out across your socials.

I’ll send a short questionnaire to get details like staff numbers, style preferences, usage and availability.
- Tailored Quote
Based on your answers, I’ll prepare a quote and outline exactly what’s included.
- Booking & Deposit
Once you’re happy, you accept the quote, sign the agreement and pay the deposit to secure your session.
- Planning & Schedule
We’ll lock in your session date and create a simple run-sheet so your team knows when and where they’re needed.
- Photo Session Day
I’ll arrive early, set up, and guide everyone through the process so it feels relaxed and efficient.
- Image Selection & Delivery
Your gallery will be delivered within 14 business days. You choose your favourites, and I’ll take care of the final retouching and delivery.
How many team members can you photograph in one session?

We can keep it small or photograph larger teams. For planning purposes, I usually recommend allowing around 10–15 minutes per person for individual headshots, plus extra time for group photos and workspace imagery. For big teams, a half-day or full-day package usually works best.
Our staff are nervous in front of the camera – can you help with that?

Absolutely. Most people feel this way! I give simple, clear direction and keep the session relaxed and friendly. We’ll move quickly so it doesn’t feel like a big production, and I’ll guide everyone on posing, where to look and what to do with their hands.
Can we photograph during business hours?

Yes. Many businesses prefer to shoot during normal hours so we can capture real client interactions and the natural flow of your day. We’ll work around your schedule to minimise disruption, and I’m happy to suggest the best times based on your industry.
What should our team wear?

I’ll send you a simple clothing guide you can share with your staff. As a starting point, solid colours, neat grooming and avoiding large logos or busy patterns usually work best. We can also match the style to your brand colours and level of formality.
